Paul also discusses the changes to the section on How to Use the MCAA Labor Factors. The webinar does not go into detail but gives you a preview of how to use this information to improve your project management processes. It will also help you understand how to better protect your rights regarding the pricing of change orders and the management of claims and disputes.
