The Association Executives Council (AEC), a leadership group within MCAA, brings together the executive directors and staff leaders of MCAA’s local affiliated associations. AEC members provide expertise in labor relations, fund management, education, networking, and advocacy—ensuring local associations remain strong, valuable resources for their contractors.
Through collaboration and shared best practices, the AEC supports executive leaders in navigating challenges, strengthening union relationships, and advancing the success of contractors and their associations nationwide.
