Contractor Membership (Full MCAA/MSCA/PCA Membership)



Best for: Union mechanical contractors engaged in mechanical construction, service, plumbing, piping, HVACR, and refridgeration, seeking comprehensive industry resources, education, advocacy, and national representation.
Eligibility: Contractors must be signatory to a labor agreement with the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing & Pipefitting Industry (UA).

National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau (NCPWB) Membership

Best for: Union mechanical contractors involved in welding who need credible, standardized Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), and track welder certifications, and continuity records related to compliance with ASME Section IX.
Eligibility: Contractors must be signatory to a labor agreement with the United Association (UA).
Main Benefits:
- Access to over 140 NCPWB Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Brazing Procedure Specifications (BPS) and Soldering Procedure Specifications (SPS) including associated backup PQRโs and joint designs

M / S Membership
Best for: Companies that provide products or services used within the mechanical industry, including manufacturers, suppliers, technology providers, and service firms that support mechanical construction, service, fabrication, plumbing, piping, HVACR, and refrigeration operations.
Manufacturer/Supplier members are full members of MCAA and participate in the association through programs, education, sponsorships, and industry engagement opportunities.
Eligibility:
- No limit on the number of Manufacturer / Supplier members
- Eligibility for Governing Board participation with qualifying total sponsorship support
- Membership may be joined at any time during the year
Council Participation
Best for:
Manufacturer / Supplier members that demonstrate sustained engagement, leadership, and commitment to MCAA and wish to participate in the MCAA Annual Convention. Council participation represents an advanced level of involvement and is earned and maintained based on demonstrated participation over time.
Eligibility:
- Council participation is earned through demonstrated involvement and engagement with MCAA programs and events
- Eligibility and availability are reviewed annually in April, based on a rolling review of the prior three years of engagement
- Council participation is limited to a maximum of 120
- Eligibility for Governing Board participation with qualifying total sponsorship support

All Membership benefits plus eligibility to attend, exhibit, and sponsor the MCAA Annual Convention.
