Attendance Scholarships

JRGF provides a select number of Attendance Scholarships for MCAA Student Chapter members to attend MCAA events of interest.

• One application may be submitted by a student on behalf of each chapter, per conference.  
• Up to two students & one advisor may be requested per conference. 
• Attendance Scholarship recipients receive complimentary conference registration, but are responsible for their own hotel fees, flights, ground transportation and additional meals not provided during the conference. 
• The MCAA GreatFutures Forum and MCAA Annual Convention do not require attendance scholarships.

1. 2026 WiMI Conference: June 8 – 10, 2026 in Coronado, CA
   • Applications currently available and Due April 10, 2026
     
2. 2026 Fabrication Conference: September 13-17, 2026 in Baltimore, MD
   • Applications Available May 4, 2026 and Due July 10, 2026
     
3. 2026 MSCA Annual Education Conference: November 8-11 in Austin, TX
   • Application Available August 14, 2026 & Due September 11, 2026
     
4. 2027 Safety & Health Conference – January 11-14, 2027 in Las Vegas, NV
   • Application Available September 18, 2026 & Due October 23, 2026
     
5. 2027 MEP Innovation Conference – January 25-27, 2027 in Tampa, FL
   • Application Available September 18, 2026 & Due October 23, 2026
