The MCAA PAC is the only national mechanical construction, plumbing and hvac service and maintenance employer association PAC representing the mechanical construction industry’s best interest by offering non-partisan political support to Federal election candidates who press for industry policy positions and initiatives that advance the best interests of the industry.

The MCAA PAC cannot solicit contributions from outside its membership restricted class – MCAA member company executive and administrative personnel who have contact with MCAA as members. Contributions from outside that restricted class will be returned to donors. Only one trade association PAC may be authorized to solicit your company in any given calendar year. Granting this prior authorization does not obligate you or anyone in your company to contribute. MCAA PAC Prior Authorization may be revoked at any time by the MCAA member firm. Contributions to the MCAA PAC are for political purposes. All contributions to the MCAA PAC are voluntary. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal. Contributions to the MCAA PAC are not tax deductible. Federal law requires the MCAA PAC to use our best efforts to collect and report to the FEC, the name, mailing address, occupation, and the name of the employer of individuals whose contribution to the MCAA PAC exceeds $200 in a calendar year.
