If you have a top-notch PM with 3+ years of experience, sign them up for MCAA’s longest-running mechanical project management program. Participants will spend 2 weeks in Austin, TX (one in October, and one in January) honing their skills in planning, scheduling, change order negotiation, job cost control, and a whole lot more.
Our sessions are contractor-taught by some of the best in the industry, and our curriculum is constantly evolving to keep pace with challenges facing mechanical PMs. Recent grads had this to say about the program:
- “This was truly a great experience and am thankful for being selected to be sent to experience this course by my company. The lessons I learned and the relationships I made (both classmates and instructors) is something that I will cherish as I continue my career in mechanical contracting and in life. [IPM] will make me a better Project Manager, but also a better person.”
- “Great experience! I learned a lot of practical knowledge to take back with me. This knowledge will help make me better at my job and at life in general. Thank you for this!!”
- “This was such a great experience and I made some really great friends. I have learned so much in two weeks. Thanks to everyone for this wonderful experience. I have [learned] some things that will last a lifetime.”
These classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited. Visit the course webpage to learn more including course dates, cost, and registration limits. Registration opens TODAY, June 30th at 12pm EST.
If the classes fill before you are able to enroll a PM with 3+ years of experience, note that registration for the spring classes will open on January 30th, 2026.
