Water efficiency retrofits building is considered an easy opportunity for building owners to get quick payback on sustainable improvements. With rising water costs and incentives from local municipalities and utilities, the payback period for installing high efficiency plumbing systems is drastically reduced.
In this presentation, Troy Aichele goes through a case study of a project involving the Providence St. Peter Hospital. He recounts the sales technique, water audit, ROI calculations and healthcare specific concerns regarding plumbing. Troy completes the webinar by evaluating the water consumption levels after the project and maintenance of the hospital.
